CrossEseal Controller (VDI)

The Crosseseal Controller (VDI) unit is a solid state microcontroller based system which interfaces to the Crosseseal sensors (via the safety barrier) and performs all fuel load security operations. It is fitted with a high sensitivity GPS unit for location tracking, and is capable of interfacing to the head office control system using the local cellular network.

The Crosseseal Controller (VDI) unit is fitted with an on-board rechargeable battery which allows the entire system, to stay powered up even if the main truck battery is removed or isolated.

The unit has no user interface and is designed to be mounted either in the vehicle cabin or in an externally rated enclosure on the trailer body.
