Crossecom Pty Ltd was established by William (Bill) Crosse in Perth, Western Australia, in 1981. Its core business is the manufacture, supply and support of Integrated Service Station Automated Systems (ISSAS) to the retail and commercial fuel industries.

Crossecom has an installed customer base of approximately 450 retail sites in South-East Asia with its principle customers, including; Shell (Singapore), and BHP (Malaysia).
Crossecom also provides RFID based commercial fuelling systems, including GPS tracked mobile refuelling systems, in Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Middle East.
Crossecom’s competitive advantage is to supply fully integrated, “tank to bank” retail automation to the petroleum retail sector, spanning small filling stations through to large, high volume C-Store sites, providing single-point responsibility for all hardware, software, installation, training, warranty and post-warranty support.
The company offers or arranges front-line support to sites locally, with 24/7 backup available from the head office in Perth, Western Australia.
Crossecom’s systems have been developed for and in close consultation with, the world’s leading petroleum retailers.
Its systems incorporate retailing features unique to petroleum retailing and Crossecom has a high level of competency in interfacing to the wide range of technologies to be found in retail networks.
